This morning thousands of furloughed federal employees return to work after Congress and President Obama ended the 16-day government shutdown and avoided a default. The agreement to fund the government and raise the country’s borrowing limit, the debt ceiling, is only for a few months. As the government shutdown went into its third week, we talked to some Tampa job seekers about it.
