Quiet Time with God

Clearwater, Florida

This week’s Bible readings and devotions are from Calvary Baptist Church in Clearwater, Florida.  Sunday’s message  was “A Place To Belong and Become” by Senior Pastor William Rice from the following verses:

“In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built goether to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.”  – Ephesians 2:21-22

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” – Matthew 28: 19-20

“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”- 2 Peter 3:18

“God is building us together (as a church)…We are connected by faith and purpose.” Pastor Rice said.

” We’re like houses not built up yet, ” Rice described of God working in each of us.

As the summer break winds down and many return to school this week and through September, we hope you will devote time daily with God with these verses:
