The National Weather Service forecasts another round of heavy lake effect snow for Buffalo, New York today, Nov. 21st. The snow is forecast to taper off today. This morning the temperature was 19 degrees at 7 a.m. ET. NWS forecasts a high temperature of 28 degrees today in the Buffalo area. The city and western New York are digging out from record snowfall this week. Residents have been trapped in their homes, cars and stores. As the snow melts, flooding and collapsing roofs also are concerns.
