Hilllsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives and deputies are looking for suspects responsible for robberies at three 7-11 stores in the Seffner and south county area, and stole an ATM at a business on Orient Road.
To view surveillance video, HCSO has posted them on YouTube as “7-Eleven Robberies” and “Suspects Steal ATM.”
In the 7-Eleven robberies, the suspects entered the stores with their faces covered and were armed with handguns. The suspects also took cash from the register, cigarettes and lottery tickets. The robberies happened on Dec. 5th at 2:44 a.m. at the 7-Eleven, 1902 Highway 301 South in Tampa; Dec. 6th at 4:55 a.m. at the 7-Eleven, 1606 Parsons Avenue South in Seffner and Dec. 6th, 5:16 a.m. at the 7-Eleven, 3603 Falkenburg Road South in Tampa.
One suspect arrested and one suspect still on the loose in the stolen ATM crime. Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports it happened at the Shubh Mini Mart, 3209 Orient Road at 4:20 a.m. on December 4, 2014. The victim: Jayminbhai Patel. Suspect Dwayne Chambers of 1603 E. Idlewild Avenue was arrested. HCSO is still looking for the other suspect, a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 22-29 years old, thin build. Suspect #2 was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants, black shoes, gloves and a ski mask.
