This video was shot from the suburbs in the Carrollwood area of  Hillsborough County (Tampa) around 7:05 a.m. ET.  The morning sky was clear at this location for early-risers to see it. The partial eclipse also could be seen from Pinellas County beaches. The eclipse lasted less than 30 minutes before sunrise. The eclipse is from the moon entering the Earth’s shadow with the moon turning reddish. This eclipse is the shortest one of the century, according to FOX 13.
