On a cold, chilly weekend morning, relax with a hot cup of strawberry grape green tea. Heat 1 cup water, 2-3 grapes split in half and 1 small teaspoon of natural, no sugar added- strawberry fruit jam in the microwave for 2 minutes. If you have fresh sliced strawberries, that’s even better.
Take out of the microwave and add 1 Green Tea bag to seep for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove tea bag. We left the grapes and strawberry fruit jam in our tea to enjoy all the nutrients. This is a wonderful alternative hot, healthy drink to start your day or for any get-together with family and friends in February –Super Bowl, Chinese and Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day or African American History Month.
