After freezing and below freezing temperatures this weekend, more sunshine and a slow warm-up in Texas today and the week ahead. Above, sunshine in Dallas as ice on the roads melted away on Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning temperatures were in the 20’s to the low 30’s in Dallas, Houston and Amarillo, according to the National Weather Service and local forecasters. Sunday temperatures climbed into the upper 30’s to upper 40’s across most of the Lone Star State, according to weather.com.
