Baytown Texas Police identified the suspect who shot and killed Harris County Assistant Chief Deputy Clint Greenwood a week ago as he arrived for work at the Courthouse Annex at 701 West Baker in Baytown. Greenwood was a 30-year veteran in law enforcement and former prosecutor. In a news release today, Baytown Police said late last night, investigators found information that led them to Greenwood’s suspected killer. Police identified the suspect as 64-year-old William Francis Kenny of Houston. During the murder investigation, investigators learned Kenny was in the downtown area and tried to find him. Baytown Police say during the search, investigators discovered that Kenny took his own life on Tuesday morning and with the same gun used in shooting Greenwood.
