Chick-fil-A presents free family-friendly movies this summer on Tuesdays and Wednesday nights on these dates–June 13, June 14, July 18, July 19, August 8 and August 9th. Bring your own chair for these summer movies at the Houston Meyerland and Hwy 59 and Kirby locations. The movies start at 8 p.m. at sunset in the parking lot. “Sing” will be shown on June 13th tonight and “Trolls” on Wednesday, June 14th.
Visit a National Park. Big Bend National Park (Texas), Great Smokey Mountains National Park, Biscayne National Park (Florida) and Olympic National Park (Washington) were established in June.
Local churches also offer Vacation Bible School for elementary school-age children, adults and need volunteers.
